Within Project Tracker new tasks and meetings can be scheduled after being checked against employee free time. Employees are automatically notified of new tasks and meetings. Employees can review their email through Lotus Notes or over the Web.

In addition, Tracker Suite simplifies document management routines by allowing important emails from prospects and customers to easily be rolled into their respective document folders in Project Tracker, Customer Tracker and Prospect Tracker.
