Managing Tasks with Lotus Notes
Project Tracker simplifies task creation and assignment. Describe the task, set dates and assign resources.
Once the task is submitted, the assignee(s) receive an email notification describing the task. These automatic notifications ensure that employees are aware of their responsibility, and place them one-click away from accepting or declining the task. Recipients using a Lotus Notes client can click a doclink to take them to the task document. For recipients using other clients or a Web email service, the notification includes a URL they can click which takes them to the task document on the Web.
