Utilizing Lotus Notes and the Web, Tracker Suite streamlines the lead collection and distribution process. Marketing is automatically notified via email of a new Request for Information (RFI) submission from the Web. After reviewing the lead, marketing hands the new prospect off to a sales person and a new lead profile is created, all within Prospect Tracker.
