The Contract Management Process, in Lotus Notes

Once a contract or purchase order has been received, a customer profile, complete with billing and account information, is created in Customer Tracker. Similarly, a new project for the customer is created including a project definition document with key project data such as budgets, important files, baselines and milestones.
