Using Applicant Tracker, managers can quickly define the need for a new position and its qualifications, and send the request on for approval. Once it has been approved, the new position can be posted internally or externally to the Web.
Interested parties can submit their application forms with attached resumes. HR administrators and managers are automatically notified of new applicants, and can easily review these applications, sorting them by name, date, position, job type and more.
