The customer support ticket is automatically populated with data from the contact profile. Customers can attach screenshots to their support tickets.
As well as providing an online customer help desk, Tracker Suite also integrates Customer Tracker with Project Tracker, allowing selected customer contacts the ability to submit project requests over the Web.
