- Joe User (Project Staff)
- View projects and tasks.
- Accept and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Notify project manager of probability of delivery date slippage.
- Update and maintain task load.
- Accept/ decline invitations and place on calendar as required.
- Ashley Admin (Administration)
- Maintain billing rates and make sure that information is accurate for employees assigned to tasks.
- Victor Vice President (Executive)
- Manage project portfolios.
- Review high level schedules and make sure projects are on track.
- Compare task loads of different departments to see which teams are at maximum. Manage as team loads as necessary.
- Set organizational priorities and departmental initiatives.
- Develop a high level business plan.
- Review and manage exception reports.
