Purchase Tracker offers a powerful PO tracking solution in Lotus Notes, through easy-to-use In/Out boxes. Each user has In and Out Boxes based on their roles along the purchasing workflow. In Boxes contain purchase orders that still require the user's attention. Out Boxes contain requests that the user has already processed.
