- Moses Marketer (Marketing Director)
- Enter new lead profiles and hand-off to appropriate sales representative.
- Re-distribute rejected leads to other sales staff.
- Create marketing documentation.
- Maintain list of marketing sources and the organizational mailing lists.
- Monitor inflow of new leads and their sources.
- Sally Sales (Sales)
- Create and maintain lead profiles, projections and pipeline data.
- Utilize marketing documentation as needed during the sales cycle.
- Promptly accept or decline any incoming leads assigned.
- Manage tickler list, following up on any necessary activities.
- Create and file any correspondence in the prospect's portfolio.
- Share ideas and questions with other sales people to enhance techniques and knowledge.
- Create and assign tasks as necessary to sale support staff.
- Generate sales contracts.
- Ashley Admin (Administration)
- Utilize marketing documentation when compiling sales support materials.
- Accept and complete sales support tasks in a timely manner. (Sending letters, preparing customer kits, etc.).
- Generate action items and issues for others.
- Victor Vice President (Executive)
- Review the status of sales projections and pipeline data. Keep tabs on "pulse" of sales.
- Participate in the forum, answering questions and/ or providing direction to sales force as required.
- Review the status of activities, making sure that sales representatives are following through on commitments.
- Review marketing documents and price lists.
- Review activity reports.
