Latest Release Offers New Applications for Reporting & Help Desks and Improved Project and Resource Management
(January 10, 2002) - Today Automation Centre announced the upcoming release of Tracker Suite 5.1, a suite of applications designed to maximize collaboration within your company. Tracker Suite 5.1 includes new, powerful applications. The Tracker DataWarehouse, a business intelligence engine that gathers data from other Tracker Suite modules and accounting systems, then stores the information into a SQL data source. Users can pull the information to define their own cube reports on the Web. The second new feature is Support Tracker, a world-class help desk application. The addition of Support Tracker allows IT departments to automate both support and project management functions.
Tracker Suite's project management and human resource applications are also more powerful. Project Tracker's resource management functionality is significantly improved. The employee lifecycle and provisioning/asset management processes are now automated through Personnel Tracker.
