Christine E. Ewing, Chief Operating Officer and CFO. Ms. Ewing has implemented and managed the core strategies and processes for our software licensing, contract management, sales forecasting, and human resource needs. She also oversees budgeting, cash management, and all banking relationships. Her work has kept Automation Centre in the forefront of business application development. She brings to the table five years of banking experience with a large financial institution in Chicago and two years as a corporate attorney for Cooley Godward, a prominent law firm in Silicon Valley specializing in venture debt and equity investments. |

Steven Vesterdal, Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Vesterdal oversees Tracker product development efforts and the technical services division. He possesses over thirteen years of management experience in the software industry. Most recently, he acted as the Director of Engineering for Modular Mining Systems, a recognized world leader in the field of computerized automated mining solutions. Mr. Vesterdal is responsible for the development of several major product lines in a software/hardware environment. Currently, he is working to define the future of Tracker products on the Microsoft, Lotus and Web platforms. |
